I finally made it to the day that I can have the Insurance Cordinator submit my paper work, I now see what everyone was talking about when they said your anxiety was high while waiting on a yes or no. I am very hopeful that I will get an approval but theres that little thought that keeps saying nope not you. I just keep praying about it and keeping my hopes that I will get good news.

I don't know if you can have it but I replacement to Mayo try Avocados. That is a great substitute for mayo and its great for you. I have had surgery yet so I don't know if you can eat it.

I am so overwhelmed that I just want to throw the towel in and say forget it. I have the worst insurance on the planet. Has droped under 35 and with the being said I dont think now I will get approved. My primary care doctor messed up on my medical nec. paper and said my highest weight was 193....HECK NO! I wish that was my highest weight my highest was 212! I stay right around 190-212. im 203 now and instead of not counting my .5 on my height they are counting me as 5'4" I have always went by 5'3" oh well.....i think Im just over the waiting game and im getting discouraged....idk.. If insurance doesnt cover me I really want o go to Dr. Ortiz.....what a handsome man and I love his stats. I dont know him but in my gut I really feel comfortable about him. me too I have 2 more months left. well which should be 1 more cause there is a date that I went that wasnt sent over to the surgeons office. but I go for my 4th tomorrow. I have dreamed about it! lol I see every one else getting thiers done and I think one day I hope and pray that will be me. In the mean time I know God is going to bless me. He will bless you too.....So nice to know someone else in my shoes

I have united health care community plan as well you have to have a medical necessity from your primary, 6 month medically supervised diet, bmi of 40 or bmi 35 with 2 co morbids, phy eval. I'm on 4 th month of diet but I have no clue really how long it will take to get an approval or denial. I called UHC and the rep said they should have a decision in 7-10 days from the time paper work is submitted. I have a bmi of 36.4 I'm 5'3" weight 204 have sleep apena, boarderline diabetic & spinal and hip arthritis. I hope I can get approved. It makes me sick to think I won't! I'm trying to atay possitive. I have never met anyone on this site that has started out at my weight and height witb uhc community plan
