  3. The lady from my dr said because of weight gained. I have arthritis and degenerative disc disorder in my back. I havent worked since August. I cant exercise...I can barely walk. I also have PCOS which causes me to gain weight as well. Ive changed my eating and everything but I cant drop the weight.
  4. Well I was denied. I am waiting on the denial letter so I can appeal. I have a letter from my pcp and medical records from her and my ob/gyn. So im hoping for an approval!!!!!!
  5. The lady from my dr said because I gained a few pounds. Like I told her I changed my eating habits. I cut out soda and sweets. All I mistly eat was meat. I cant exercise because I have arthritis, degenerative disc disorder and bulging disc in my back. I just can walk. I havent worked since August. I have pcos. So with all that its hard for me to lose weight. My husband is going through the process as well. We eat the samething and he hasn't gained 1 pound. So im going to my ob/gyn and ny pco to get the records of my back and pcos so I can submit them with the appeal.
  6. Well guys I was denied. Im now waiting on my letter so I can appeal!!! I was very frustrated yesterday when I received the call but im ok now. It's all in Gods plan!!! I will keep you guys posted!!!!! God bless
  7. Hello. I know its been a while since I've posted. Well I thought my surgery would have been in October but to my surprise my insurance changed their policy. Instead of 3 momths weight management; they went to 6. So my paperwork was submitted to my insurance last friday the 13th. So now im playing the waiting game. Im very vert very nervous and scared and excited. So you guys cross ur fingers and say a prayer for me. Hope everyone is doing well. God bless!!
  8. I know the feeling. My info was sent in last friday (13th) and the waiting game has been killing me....everyday I get on the computer to chat with a representative to check the progress and it's still pending/being reviewed

  12. Im hoping I have a January date. My paperwork was received by my insurance (Aetna) on Friday (13th). They told me to give it 15 days but it usually doesn't take that long. I havent been giving a date but the insurance have a date of 1/29/14. Im just hoping I get approved!!

  14. Hello everyone. Im now playing the waiting game. My paperwork was submitted to my insurance today. They rold me it can take up to 15 days (the lady I talk with said it usually dont take that long). So im very nervous and kind of scared. So please pray (good prayers) for me.   17. Hello ladies. Just wondering... I have pcos . I have the excess hair growth and mood changes and It is really messing with my sex drive. I DONT HAVE THE DESIRE FOR SEX and its really bothering my husband but he understands. He don't pressure me about sex but I want to please him and I know it bothers him. Im only 26 years old. Im just wondeeing if anyone else is going through this or have gone throught this. Any suggestions....helpful tips...anything I can take otc....HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!! BE BLESSED!!

  21. They said it had something to do with the cost. Aetna have some type of qualification and because of my drs cost they were dropped below the qualifications. So because of that they require 6 months weight management instead of 3. But if its a dr within whatever Aetna costs are then its 3 months. BE BLESSED!!
  22. Ok. Thanx! I started off having to do 3 months of weight management classes but Aetna changed something dealing with the dr Im going to so now I have to do 6 minths of weight management classes. Im hoping to have my surgery b4 the end of the year BE BLESSED!!
