  5. Hey..my date is the 18th. I'm 12days into my pre op diet. The first couple of days were the worst. The headache will go away and you will begin to feel much better. I was 299 now I am 287! I probably would weigh even less but I cheated last weekend. Keep up the good work!
  6. What you're feeling is normal. We have the same surgery date. I did my pre op Monday. I'm nervous also not about the surgery itself but about my new life after the surgery.
  7. I've only tried 2 brands unjury and chile. I prefer unjury. Chile taste good but seems to "chalky".

  9. Stay strong it will get easier. During lunch instead of sitting with your co-workers go for a walk, read a book, run errands, etc. good luck!
  10. Hi my pre op diet consist of 12 days of 2 protein shakes and 1 high protein meal a day and then 2 days before surgery liquids only
