Bought a size 42 waist jeans today. Haven't worn that size in at least 20 years! SUPER STOKED!!!!

So guys.........I understand how one would gain length after a substantial weightloss. The fat pad is gone. But tell me, will we or could me gain girth? If so, how would that happen? Looking for some thickness too in addition to the length!

Well after 43 lbs lost my inch has come and so has MORNING WOOD! Now if I could just find a willing woman to share it with!

I was sleeved on the 29th. And here at 15 days out my biggest struggle is with fatigue. I am soooooo tired. I thought this procedure was to help me have MORE energy. I have MUCH LESS!!!!! -
As of today I have lost 33 lbs and do NOT see my inch! I am taking pics...not much to see though!!!

HUGE NON SCALE VICTORY TODAY! Went to have my CPAP machine pressure adjusted down today. Hopefully getting rid of tihat thing in the very near future. -

Surgery went well. Dr only used 4 incisions vs his normal 5 because my liver shrank so much during my 3 week liquid diet that he didn't use a retractor. Starting ice chips later today. Thanks vst for all you encouragement. -

Im July 29...on day 3 of 21 day pre op diet -
I was diagnosed with PC back in 09. Treated with 25 EBRT and internal radiation. PSA currently 1.74. Getting sleeved 7/29/13. Will be back to tell you how im doing.

Wow....have been really apprehensive about the surgery I have scheduled for July 29, 2013. Most of all the DREADED pre op liquid diet. But after reading this thread and thinking back through the problems Ive had in the BOOM BOOM ROOM....man lets do this. I look forward to getting my full MANHOOD back!
