  11. I'm definitely in! Starting 159 Goal 157 This looks ridiculous but I am now past my surgery goal and the weight loss is coming off very slowly now. My ultimate goal is 150 but it might take forever to get there. I"m good with that as long as it comes off. Thanks Susan!!

  18. Anyone who said it is distasteful can take a long walk off a short pier! As far as regain is concerned it doesn't matter how you take it off if you don't retool your lifestyle and stick to it it will happen. Sad thing is he doesn't even understand the damage he does when he shoots his mouth off like that!
  19. Thanks everyone! Can't wait to report in on the Valentine Challenge! Still need to lose another pound to make that goal but I made my weight goal for my surgery! It literally took me 3 or 4 weeks just to lose that 1 pound that was haunting me!

  23. I had my surgery in June of 2013 and 19 months later I stepped on the scale and saw the happy number I had been waiting on for so long! I made goal at 160 pounds and I can't believe it finally got here!! I have now lost 133 pounds and have a whole new life! I still want to lose another 10 pounds just for a safety factor but I couldn't be happier!! For all of you on this journey you can do it!! Attached are my before and after. LIfe is good!
