  4. Does anyone wear Womens Columbia shirts from Academy or any clothes like that? I have several shirts and possibly a few pairs of dress pants that I'd like to sell. Pants are size 16 and shirts are XL and maybe a few Large in there too. Most of it is brand new. Some I wore only one time.

He doesn't make us do a pre op and he has one of the best plans after surgery. I've seen ppl on liquids for 5 weeks. We only have to do one week THANK GOD!!!

  11. I've only lost 21 pounds and I was sleeved on may 15th. You're doing fine. I sugfest taking Protein bars with you before u leave your house. No fast food is good for you. If you absolutely have to then I would say maybe chilli from wendys or a chicken burger (only meat) from wherever. But I highly reccomend taking Snacks with you when u r on the go.
  12. No. I was doing Atkins shakes but my dr. wanted me to do Protein bars rather than shakes when I hit 5 weeks.
  13. The friend that I have that had the surgery is smoking and drinking cokes I. Not sure what she eats though. Its hard to eat more calories but Peanut Butter is good since it has a lot of Protein and calories. You can eat a tablespoon a day. eggs and cheese are my major source of protein. And I enjoy it. Lol
  14. Same here. I have a friend who met her goal since January. suxxxx!!! I can tell you that if you're not eating enough you will not lose weight. Your body will think your starving so it holds onto fat. Try upping calories (not by much) maybe try 1000-1200 if you can. That may get u rolling again
  15. I'm 30. Was sleeved on may 15th. I'm currently down 30 pounds.
