  1. My husband always told me the cooking show was like porn to me. Hahaha! Of course he wasn't saying it to be rude and I actually have to agree with him.
  2. Does anyone else watch cooking shows and think of it as food porn? Ha!
  3. My surgery was Wed. morning and while in the hospital I felt fine. I decided I didn't want to use pain meds when I went home and that has been ok. I am sore but nothing serious. My problem is I feel like throwing up all the time. I did get a prescription for it today and it did help a tad. Anyone else feel this way. Not being able to handle the clear liquid phase? Any advice for me?
  4. I am 5 feet tall and being sleeved on Wed. the 29th.
  5. Good luck with everything. How are you feeling nerves wise?
  6. I updates my profile from my computer and added a pre-opt picture. I'm a little embarrassed but I'm so glad I will never look that way again. Who else is getting sleeves this week?

  8. I LOVE carbonation. Luckily January 1st I have it up cold turkey or I would be in a world of hurt right now. Speaking of chocolate a sugar free fudgecicle sounds good. :-)
  9. I wish I didn't have one. Ha! I guess it is what it is thought. :-)
  10. Thank you I put an order in. That website looks like a great one to use.
  11. Thanks all! We live in a small town where a lot of stuff isn't available. Can you give me brand names of protein and such that way I can order it on amazon if available.
  12. Really? No one has anything. :-(
  13. Can anyone who is post-opt gives me some examples of what you ate (drank) after surgery at home? My surgery is Wed. in a city about 3 hours from home and I wanted to have everything I need here so my husband doesn't have to do a bunch of running. From the day you got out and into the non clear liquid phase. I appreciate your feedback.
  14. How exciting! My surgery is Wed. and I pray I am in as good of spirits as you after. Best of luck with everything.
  15. You will do great Liz it is true a lot of people don't even have a pre-surgery diet. Only 1 more week. Yahoo!
  16. That is so exciting. :-)
  17. Ha! Thank you and I am sorry your diet sucks. When is your date? We will have to check up on each other.
  18. I'm not passing any kind of judgement. Trust me none of us would be here if we didn't have a problem with food. I was just under the impression the pre-surgery diet was a big deal. Like I said my diet is not that difficult to follow because its not a liquid diet.
