  1. my exercise is almost nil, have breathing issues and difficult to exercise. No I don't drink empty calories. Will make conscious effort to eat protein and then vegies. Have been adding some carbs. Will be more aware. Really need some personal support
  2. I am only a couple years post op and have regained substantial weight. I would really like to have someone to share support and advice.
  3. It is now mid July and since February I have lost 5 pounds. My surgery was last October and i have lost 50 pounds. I have been taking prednisone for a chronic sinus infection and am wondering if this is holding me back. Anyone have any suggestions for kick starting the weight loss????
