Hi all I was sleeved 8th July and am 52lbs down. Lost a fair amount of this early on but has slowed down a lot. I'm losing around 2lb a week now.

Hey guys/fellow sleevers Just wondered if any of you have tried fizzy drinks yet? I'm 6 weeks post op and would anything for a diet coke!!! was told to stay away from fizzy and carbonated drinks. Anyone have any views on this?

I've had sex twice. Nothing too strenuous mind. I feel about 95% my old self. Havin staples out tomorrow. Don't push ya self though

Can anyone help me... I was sleeved 8th July. Was home by the 10th :-) been doing fine gettin up walkin about. In some discomfort but nothing the painkillers won't sort. Finally went for a #2 last night and today I've hot period like symptoms even though I haven't had a period in over a year as I have the contraceptive implant in? I'm baffled as to what it can be and hopng this slight bleeding is nothing serious

Hey just got home. Don't feel too bad just tired and sore. Saw the surgeon this morning and he said I'm doing fine just done my first blood thinning injection which I found wasn't as bad as I initially though it'd be. I'm on stage 2 already of the eating plans. Thanks for your support

Can anyone tell me what to pack into my hospital bag (apart from the obvious) but anything else that may come in useful

I'm feeling exactly same hun. On a real life emotional roller coaster lol happy and excited and nervous as hell.

Got my letter, gettin sleeved on 8th July :-) start pre op diet next Friday so it's finally all coming together!! Eeeek!!

Hi all got my date other day 8th July :-). Any flippin wait! Start the 10 day pre op diet next Friday. If anyone has any info about what things I could be getting in ready for when I return from hospital. I'd be most greatful. Many thanks x
