  1. Hello fellow sleevers. . I am almost 6 weeks postop and have lost just under 30 pounds. I am barely eating anything that Is bad for me And I am having trouble with getting full very quickly but then being hungry again in about three hours. I am having a little trouble keeping the protein up to what I'm supposed to be doing and I am having trouble keeping the water going To the amount that I'm supposed to have. I am a little worried that I have not lost anything in two weeks. And I can't figure out why. I can't be eating more than 800 cal a day if that, but I do have a social life and I am drinking a couple of glasses of wine probably three times a week so far and I wonder if that's causing an problem or if it's the lack of water, But I wouldn't think so with so little to eat. I do rely on nuts, protein drinks, some cheese, no bread, fish, and sometimes when I get hungry at night some popcorn. Did anyone else have this kind of really slow start, or am I just out of perspective on how fast or slow start should be? I can't imagine at this rate losing hundred pounds in six months. Let me know your thoughts , thanks Maureen
  2. My doctors never even told me about a binder and I had to figure it out myself because of the excruciating pain I've been in at two weeks postop. I sure hope this gets better because it is keeping me from feeling good about anything at all.
