  1.    candyleo reacted to a post in a topic: 3 weeks post-op: Pizza and Pasta?!
  2. I did this myself today I had a small cup of beans and cheese from del taco and didn't stop until I also ate part of a steak taco and it got stuck and I had to force myself to throw up. I consider it a lesson and now I wont push the boundary again. I am also week 3 don't hate yourself just learn from the mistake.
  3. It isn't forever just for now I save my favorite recipes on pinterest and that helps me to remember its only temporary
  4. I did the same thing but with KFC but my need was for flavor and chewing not hunger so I chewed and enjoyed the flavor and spit it all into a napkin. It was the best $5 I ever wasted now post op 2 weeks and the urge has subsided it must have been a mental thing
  5. I question everything because some things taught to me happened and some things different I didn't get depressed I don't have severe pain and I don't have hunger. What I do have is a bad taste in my mouth and most foods taste terrible. I do use a straw which isn't advised but its the only way I don't gurgle and choke so hey whatever do what feels good to your body and don't be hard on yourself or others we need to enjoy our new lives and thank God we had the courage to do it
