  1. Can we eat the carb watch wrap bread? I haven't tried any bread and was wondering. I will be two month out next Sunday.
  2. This is probably way too much information, but with all of the bowel movement talk I just had a healthy one. I don't know why, but I'm glad it happened without taking a laxative!
  3. I had the shaking, sweating, itching and horrible pain when I took the correctols too. I think I am going to start the miralax today.

  6. I rarely ever have a bowel movement. Last week I took two correctols and it hurt my stomach so bad. Is anyone else having this problem? If so, what do you take?
  7. I had surgery on June 10th and I have lost 31 lbs. while I am happy with the weight loss, I'm frustrated about only losing 3.8 lbs this month. I have just gotten to the point this week where I can eat without throwing up or feeling nauseated. I have not been doing much exercising, because I don't know what to do. I currently weigh 230 lbs and would like to lose 70 more pounds. I'm a teacher and I will be going back to work soon and I'm wondering what's something good for me to eat during the day while at work? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

  11. My first day of eating did not go while at all. I had surgery on June 10th. Yesterday I tried yoplait light and refried beans. Neither went well. Help!!!
  12. I am 11 days post op and I was thinking of trying a sugar free smoothie at two weeks. Did anyone try these at that time?

  15. I had surgery on June 10th and I am wanting to do sit ups. I have lost 18lbs since the 10th and know that I am going to have a serious apron and want to start working at tightening up the skin early. I am now down to 242 lbs and I am ready to work . Is doing sit ups at this stage too early?

  17. Hello, I had surgery on June 10th. I understand your feeling. It's hard when nothing fits right. I see this as a sign of progress. I am constantly looking forward to the day when I can go in a store and buy whatever I like to fit my body without having to worry about it being available in my size. My mom has the gastric bypass 9 years ago and my best friend had the sleeve last year. They both look great and says it is the best thing that has happened to them and don't regret a moment. Hang in there. If it was easy, it wouldn't be worth doing.
  18. I had my sleeve on June 10th. I'm a teacher, so im off for the summer but I feel like I could go back to work now. Yesterday I went and walked through the outlet mall with no problem.
