Meet with my surgeon for first time tomorrow, I have my referral approved and already have results back from psych eval!

Excited, sad, worried, frustrated!! :/

Really wish I knew what to expect tomorrow it's frustrating that every dr and insurance is so different so I have no idea what is going to happen tomorrow

So can't wait! Meeting with my surgeon tomorrow! Everything done; got my referral, my results from psych eval....now praying orating praying that I get a date very very soon hopefully thus month at least! I really want thus! I heard people only have to do a couple day liquid diet I'm hoping I'm one I'd those so I can have surgery next week! Do crazy excited, worried, nervous! Has anyone woke up during surgery before!!!???? I have when I had tendentious I eons up in the middle! I'm terrified!!! Ugg rambling!!

Excited! But wish i could find someone to talk to about this. On may 8th i meet my surgeon for the first time. I have my approved referral and everything else complete. I know that every surgeon is different and that they give different people different things to do! But i just want a better understanding of what the first meeting with the surgeon is like. And about how long looking at the date to having the surgery. Just really want meet people who have been through it already. my boyfriend is 100000% supportive and helps with everything but still looking to meet people who are going through it....any help, trips, suggestions would be awesome!!

To be honest with you I'm worried about waking up during surgery :/ I had surgery on my foot before and woke up during the procedure I mean I didn't feel pain just the pressure

How did it go? So after meeting with my surgeon then it's pre op ? Then surgery?

I kept mine a secret! The only person I told was boyfriend, went to all my dr apts and stuff to get it ready! I finally told my family when i got approval letter,really just my mom and my sister so far. I'm kind if a person that keeps everything to her self! So I prob won't say anything until people start questioning how I am loosing!

So I have everything set I meet with surgeon on we'd may 8th! Bit people talking on here about pre op, is that meeting with the surgeon pre op?? All this is confusing to me :/
