So will they let you know before you leave the hospital what to take? When did you have yours done? I just feel so in prepared after the after fact! So worried its big going to work for me! Thanks for your help guys

Well we are just 2 days away! Any comments, anything that I need to know, any support would be awesome! Getting worried,scared,nervous. Still worried about the after and all the vitamins and such. Just so much to know about vitamins and the food that we can eat after

Does anyone know if no added sugar applesauce and sugar free applesauce ate the same thing? Because on my list of foods to eat after surgery it says sugar free, but at the store I can only see ones that sat no sugar added!

Thanks all! I did make it through work! Yay! Was tempted but I know why I am doing this! A happy healthy life! For all of those who say you can't go this trust me you can!!!! Just strength and will power! If I can be tempted all day long by a s'mores cupcake and not give in! Anyone can make it because anything s'mores is one of my biggest weaknesses

Thanks when was your surgery?

I went to Walmart and bought a journal And I write in it everyday. Quotes, thoughts anything to help me! It helps a lot I write each day why I am doing this and my weight each day! One of my favorite quotes I found is DO NOT GIVE UP, THE BEGINNING IS ALWAYS THE HARDEST!!!!!! You can do this!!! I am here if you need me!!!

You can do this girl! I am on day 5 and we have a part at work tons of food literally 2 feet from my cubical and I just keep drinking my premier protein shake I love it. There is chocolate And vanilla it has 30g protein. It's the one I see. With the most protein! Also I love watching success videos on YouTube helps me so much! If I could watch them at work I would all daylong! It really goes help!

Today is day 5 of the protein shake diet. Today at work is our work party! Once another our group brings in food to celebrate those birthdays for the month! Today is the day they are celebrating August birthdays and the empty cube right across from mine is where all the food is! Horrible day I tell you! I will not let this get the best if me! I have dive awesome! Just kinda need don't pick me ups or reminders or encouragement! Anything 6 days to go!!!

Dies anyone know if biotin and simply right sublingual vitamin b12 are the same thing? Or do you have up take both??

Day 4 of the protein shake pre op diet

So I made it to day 4! Exactly one week from today is the day! I hope and pray this week keeps flying by!

Awe well I'm excited its all set! Do you have Facebook? Would like yo keep in touch and I'm on that way more than this! That stinks its at noon, try to stay up late and sleep in that day. I know easier said than done! Bit I'm so excited for you

Surgery day is 26th and I am allowed just 3 shakes and 1 frozen entree between 300-400 cals I started yesterday and from fri to today scale says I lost 5 lbs, probably because I'm barley getting g 1000 cals I hope the rest if days are more like the first day! The first day was great! Them I hit today :/

Just wanna say day 2 sucks!!!! Just 5 more data if this then 3 day clear liquids! I need to keep really busy and speed up time!

So I was reading in the book they gave me! There are certain meds I found out you can't take together, and you have to wait 30 minutes between each other! Dies anyone know if that is for the vitamins and b12 and other meds we have to take also?

I'm on day 2 of the diet but I have to go 7 days of 3 protein shakes and 1 frozen entree but it has to be between 300-400 cals, then 3 days if clear liquids and my surgery is 27th
