Dont know what to eat please help

My surgeon said is normal that is gonna get better

No i wasn't i was fine dont know whats going on i feel horrible and i so regret this surgery. If i could go back i would have never done this. I thought it was gonna be an easier way to lose weight but is the wost. I still cant belive i i did this to myself. My whole family and friends warned me but i didn't listen. Since im too lazy to go to the gym i did it. My problem wasn't the food my problem was the soda.

Yes but everything makes me very nauseous i can only drink Water. But im gonna have to try cause i have 4 days without eating anything i only drink water. Im almost 4weeks post op

Thanks. I think i have one too. So what should do? Go to my pcp?

I was thinking the same thing but i have a really bad taste that wont go away.

I know right sometimes i think he doesn't know anything. I read that alot of people gets it after surgery. Thank you so much : )

Has anyone been in this situation after surgery??

Hey i think i have thrush i have 4 days with out eating and my tounge is very white and i have a really bad taste in my mouth that wont go away. I told my doctor but he said it cant be thrush so then what is it? Im 100% is thrush please anyone can help me. I feel horrible and very nauseous.

My favorite thing to eat is pizza and chicken alfredo but i know i cant have that right now. If i could only at least eat a sandwhich but i know cant. I think im gonna die im not eating anything

I feel very nauseas dont wanna know anything about food. Thinking about food makes me more nauseas. Dont know what to do with my life anymore. Im 3 weeks post-op and i still regret this surgery. How could i not think of all this before doing it. I just wish i could go back in time and live my normal life.

Hi i was sleeved in 4/23/2013 im from manhattan ny i did it in mount sinai hospital

Can i drink my protein shake with regurlar 1% milk?? Dont like it with water.

Omg thanks to everyone and each one of you for real you guys made me cry and feel better thank you so much im gonna follow your advices im feeling a lil better. Is not easy when i shower i feel very dizzy but im going to try harder for my two beautiful daughters that are 3 and 2 yrs old. I really appreciate all of you taking your time to reply to me. I was sleeved on 4/23 i i regret it so much. I wanna give thanks to all of you trying to help me but is really really hard. I just wanna be normal. I dont eat anthyng just soup like 2 times a day and i drink apple juice. My goal is to lose at least 70 pounds

I am so depressed i want to be normal again. I wish i could go back and just get on a diet. I wanted to lose weight the easy way and i didnt care what plp said to me so many times and i didnt listen. They told me i dont need to do it but i did it without thinking im so stupid. I cant even drink water like i want to im always thirsty and all i want is pepsi and food. I am going trough a lot right now the only thing that is keeping me alive and a lil strong are my two daughters i love them and dont want to leave them. I wish i could go back and not do this surgery god please help me.
