Within the last few days, to kind of prepare myself for the liver shrinking diet, I've been cutting waaaaay back on my meats and eating mashed potatoes, shells and cheese and chicken soup.... I don't want it to be a complete shock to my body when I do start...

I'm 32 I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 21. I too was told I would never be able to have kids without medical intervention. It was devastating and extremely depressing. I've Carrie that depression with me all of these years. This is my #1 motivation for having this surgery. I've never had any medical problems besides morbid obesity and sleep apnea. After extensive research and learning the Sleeve had an extremely high percentage in curing PCOS, I jumped on it. I don't have a mate at the moment, but when that time does come around, I don't want any issues. I pray all is well. I'm sooo glad I found this group. It feels great to know there are others out there that share your story and we can talk about this and help each other through.I got my approval!!! My surgery date is June 21st.... I'm sooo excited and nervous.
