I used chantex. It was very easy to quit. I quit after the first week. I also bought a pack of cigarettes 3 months later (stupid decision) and went back to smoking. It's been a year and I have chantex again so I can quit for good. Good luck! My doctor also said if you are still urged to smoke get the lowest patch of nicorette to help.
