I have watched her progress on youtube and her journey has been an inspiration. I can't believe my surgery is actually the day after tomorrow.

i would think boob and maybe low back tattoos and maybe upper arm tattoos would change a little, depending on how much over weight and loose skin a person has. only have one tat on my ankle and so far so good.

unjury makes a chicken flavor protein and it is not bad at all. i mix it with 1 small packet of salt free chicken broth

I wish that was the case. But I can't keep it off. That's always been my problem.

So preop appt today. Weight was 465. Over 70 pounds gone in 2 months. Can't wait to have my tool in place.

I am still trying some. I did find one its called max protein from sei company. Not too bad but it would be nice to try one that doesn't cost 40 for a 1 pound tub. I just keep trying diff ones. My surgery is coming up. Hope to have found some good ones. The tf we use at work is jevity and it smells horrible. Lol and that is what these shakes remind me of.

Thanks dave. I have been going to support groups. I think it has a lot to do with the fact I have been waiting for this surgery for ten years. Every time I thought it was going to happen something came up or an obstacle was placed in front of me. And I would start doing bad again. Such as my eating. Now that its within reach I am having a hard time actually really believing its going to happen.

Hi all just my 2 am musings. I all of a sudden have this fear of failure after surgery. My mind says duh you should be able to keep on doing good look how good I have done preop but I just can't shake this feeling of what if I fail at this. I have dedicated myself to this journey but it sure does worry me. I go for my final preop appt on the tenth. So I guess it getting real.
