    Yes it took me a little over a week with some milk of mag.....but look at it this way your not really eating much! But when u do go you'll be singing like a bird......lol

    ....when the scale said im 19lbs from being 400lbs something had to give! I had the surgery in may and now i weigth 285lbs today.....and feeling good!
