  1. It's been 10 days since surgery and the past several days I feel like I have bad breath. Has anybody else had this and if so WHAT do you do???
  2. That's why I love this site. This is where I go to for my support. This first thing I wanted to do when I left there was go eat something.
  3. It's not like I thought it would be as easy, I'm not that stupid. She could have been more supportive but that's not her job.
  4. So, I had my revision on the 11th and I'm at my post op appointment. I just met with the dietician and she sure busted my bubble when she told me not to expect to lose the weight like I did before. I'm going to ask the doctor when he comes in but that was a very discouraging thing to hear. Has anyone else been told this?
  5. @machalo thanks, I hope work goes well too. I'm ready to go back.
  6. @machalo it's going pretty good. This weekend was kinda tough because I'm used to eating good on the weekend plus being off work and bored is killing me cause I want to eat but I haven't had anything I'm not suppose to. I have my follow up tomorrow and then I go back to work Wednesday.
  7. @machalo I'm sure you will be taken off fluid pills. I was because you could get dehydrated very easy
  8. @arabesque It doesn't do it to me all the time. Mainly when I lay down to take a nap OR like you said...at night.
  9. @doublepau I had my surgery on the 11th
  10. I know I'm drinking a ton of water but sometimes I have to go every few minutes and I'm scared I'm going to get dehydrated. Has anyone else experienced this?
  11. It's being going ok. Just still bloated from surgery. I think it's because it's the weekend and I always would get something good so I been wanting food even though I know I couldnt eat it. I highly suggest Chike brand protein. It's a meal replacement with high protein. I get the banana magic and it's great!
  12. I had mine on the 11th
  13. Yes, I have a spirometer and I use it. I figured it would have to resolve itself but I figured I would ask anyways.
  14. Thanks. I know I worry about any little thing but I just wanted other's opinions. I know it's soon but I was just wondering. I would feel good if it wasn't for this bloated feeling.
  15. I'm six day post surgery and still bloated feeling and I find it's hard to take a deep breath. Has anybody else had this problem? Any advice on how to fix it or does it just have to fix itself in time?
  16. Have you tried CHIKE brand protein meal replacement powder? It is my favorite, I get the Banana Magic and it's not too sweet and not thick. I mix it with water plus it has 48 grams of protein!
  17. I'm having the same problem. I just had surgery Tuesday and I never have a hard time sleeping. The dr gave me Ambien too but after a few hours Im awake.
  18. I feel the same way, lol
  19. How long does the bloated feeling last after gastric sleeve surgery?
  20. I guess I'm just paranoid. Yes, I'm on an acid reducer. You know how it is right after surgery and you worry about every little thing.
  21. I had my surgery the 11th and came home yesterday. I can't sleep because I'm so uncomfortable and my stomach is burning. Any advice? Is stomach burning normal?
