  1. Ok so I've been on a si called stall for a week and im only 2wk 2 days post op. I haven't been drinking my protein and today I actually finished a whole cup and went to the bathroom and lost 5lbs omg TMI I know ...but I just realized how important it is to get those shakes down!!! Day of surgery 323lbs Today 297lbs yay me!!!
  2. Oh im going through the same thing...I can't stomach protein shakes ...I can't eat...and im 2 weeks post and at a stall for a week. I just tried this today I took a pack of carnation instant breakfast 8gm protein (no sugar added great flavor) and a half of scoop of my protein shake mix (nectar chocolate truffle) 22gms of protein per scoop so a half would be about 11gms so I get 19 gms by mixing the two and yes Its tastey! You have to try what works for you

  4. Yeah I really need to put the scale in the closet!!! I really haven't eating anything that's why I didn't think it was the food...but more on the fact that I haven't been drinking my shakes..the shakes I have make me sick to my stomach so i ordered nectar waiting for them in the mail..

  6. I just wanted to *claps hands* you people are hilarious..made my night!! To all the judgemental people on here im pretty sure u have skeletons in your closet...I just got criticized for eating a pickle and sneaking a soft piece of broccoli at 10 days post op..what the f ever

  9. Im only 11 day post op!!! Wtf is going on?!?! Why did I stall already?!?! (Tmi) but I am on my cycle Maybe that's it a little frustrated

  11. Im 11 days post op...not gonna lie I've been sneaking in soft foods..like once a day ...im suppose to be on a liquid diet atleast until Wednesday...I didn't start sneaking until like a week post op. I didn't get hungry that early

  13. I just ordered some nectar chocolate truffle and that brand has a 5 star rating..they have so many different flavors. Juice also...ill try the premier also...thanks guys
  14. Im 10 post op and I have not been drinking any protein shakes..!!! I know I know...but I can't stomach the taste. I have whey powder and its terrible ugh!!! I've looked around but most are really high in sugar and I'm defenitely avoiding those....helpppp pleaseeee...thanks

  19. Im 10 days post op and I've been sneaking in soft foods..broccoli and fish oh and a pickle (no skin) I haven't eating a lot but I just had to confess. Im actually 19lbs down! But I haven't lost anything in the last 2days just wondering if I may have caused a stall ..remember I was losing 2 1/2 to 3 lbs a day!
  20. Okay I just absolutely love African food my favorites are potato greens and cassava leaf. If your not familiar its very healthy and could be compared to collard greens or spinach but its smashed up like mush.. its made very spicy. Anyone else had spicy foods yet???
