  1. I just saw this. How was your first appt? Mine seems so long ago I just remember being weighed and talked to about what I can and can't eat. Then he answered any questions I had. Pretty much it. Hope all is well.
  2. I finally started losing again...I hope. I lost 2 lbs in the last 3 days. I don't know if it's gonna go up and down again but I'll take what I can get.
  3. I was sleeved March 4th and lost 22 lbs in my first 3 weeks. This past week and a half I haven't lost a thing. Just gaining and losing the same couple of pounds over and over again. Maybe it's because of soft foods but I don't know. I'm getting my 60g of protein but definitely not getting all of my water in. I'm also hungry now, mostly in the middle of the night. My daughter will wake up for a bottle and I'll have to eat a few spoonfuls of yogurt to go back to sleep. Definitely can't wait for the scale to start moving again.
  4. I was also sleeved on the 4th and am down 22 lbs. I've also been stalled for 4 days. I'm ready for that scale to get moving again.
  5. I feel like I'm pregnant again because all I talk about and think about is food. Every conversation starts with "you know what sounds good...". I'll be so glad when and if food stops hijacking my brain.
  6. Omg that Doritos cool ranch taco supreme looks sooo good! I curse at the tv every time I see it.
  7. I do. I was sleeved on March 4th by Dr. Juarez.
  8. Costco has Premier Protein drinks also, that's where I got mine.
  9. They are all so different. My nut gave me a print out with some different brands and places you can buy ready to drink and powders from. I'm just glad I found a Protein I like...for now.
  10. Holy crap! I got a tattoo a month before surgery on the inside of my wrist with my kid's names. I hope it doesn't migrate
  11. I was told if you didn't get enough protein, you would lose your hair and muscle tissue among a list of other things. I was drinking muscle milk's chocolate powdered protein shakes and I couldn't take it anymore. I went to Costco yesterday and got their Premier Protein ready to drink shakes in chocolate. They are pretty good. To me they taste like really sweet chocolate milk and they have 30g of protein which means I only need two a day.
  12. Hi Khloe. I was sleeved on March 4th and I started taking chewable multivitamins the day after I was released from the hospital. I got the kids chewable Flintstones with iron. I take one in the morning and one at night. Hope that helps.
  13. Hello everyone. I was sleeved on the 4th and was feeling really good this morning but I think I overdid it today and am really exhausted. Went to Costco today and got their ready to drink premier protein drinks in chocolate and I love them. Way better than the chocolate muscle milk whey powder I had to mix. I've been good on getting my protein in but not so good on water, I definitely need to step that up. I weighed myself today and I am down 11 lbs from surgery date...amazing! It kind of makes being totally miserable with these clear liquids worth it. Best of luck to you all.
