  1. I opened it up! - I was stalking Amytugs posts to see if I could read about her clots - and found this .... Had to put in my 2 cents lol
  2. I live in Auckland New Zealand and there's places down here I wouldn't go at night - and I'm a tuff cookie! I went to Mazatlan 2 years ago and stayed in a Riu, one year later a young woman (20's) was brutally attacked in an elevator - by a random passer by! At no time did I feel unsafe in a 5 star resort ... You can't wrap yourself in a bubble and be safe from the world ... Ill be in TJ in May! Can't wait ????
  3. NOPE!!! I wish you were coming in May 8 (
  4. I wonder if Dr Garcia will start to move his surgerys to there - like I know there's other people on my day so I hope it doesn't muck them around if they're made to move. alma said it was no problem. Also I've asked if my friend and I can be first - I read one lady didn't go till almost 5 ... If we are first that gives us another day to heal as we are travelling quiet a lot after. We are also staying an extra night it TJ just to be sure.
  5. OMG it sounds like you were one of the (very) unlucky ones - I'm so sad for you. Again I'm sure it would be in the DR BEST INTEREST to fix anything he has done wrong. The old saying someone "someone gets good service they tell 1 person, they get bad service they'll tell everyone!"
  6. Ah cool! I learn so much on here ... Lol, thank you
  7. And isn't that something you could sue him for?? Or even threaten to sue as it would do way more harm w all the bad publicity he will get from you on here even - it would be worth it for him to pay the $10,000 fees rather then go through court an have his name ruined. You paid him for a service and he didn't do it!
  8. Oh no! I didn't know I had to have my fundus removed too! Lol ... Was that suppose to be stomach??
  9. Ok good, so I probably will be able to take my melatonin.. It's pretty small & they're so great! No side effects and have made such a difference in my energy levels. I've changed us to the Florence - thanks for your post on it!
  10. I have since read more of your posts - it sounds like a living nightmare! I would feel so upset if I got my hopes up to have this amazing tool offered to me, paid all that money and then not have it work. I haven't had mine yet so "contrary to popular belief" I'm no expert and don't have any advice for you, other then go back and tell the dr to fix his mistake!
  11. That's so cool that's your dr! Haha ... Yes the coordinater said he's done a hundred ... I think my breast reduction was a few hours and I wasn't nauseas after that (from memory) ... I have to go back to work a little over a week later (mom duties) so faster healing is great for me!
  12. I was just watching it while u posted that!!! I love you! That is amazing to actually watch - and even more amazing that she's on TV 2 days later lol .... That makes me feel that my journey home will be more bearable than I originally thought Lol Thanks soooo much for showing me that - going to forward to my parents ????
  13. No, we don't get that here but I have seen it when I was back in Toronto for a visit - maybe I can search that episode on you tube?!
  14. Yes the traffic thing for me would be a big "X" I sleep at home with ear plugs as I'm a light sleeper * side question... I take melatonin for sleeping - after the surgery will I have to crush it up to take it? Are we allowed to take a little pill? I'm getting blood thinners to take after and on our trip home and antibiotics (the dr emailed me a few days ago) - will these be in liquid form?
  15. Ill prob see you ladies there!
  16. Me too! With less pain, healing time and scars its a no brainer?! It does take longer, but what do I care ill be out like a light lol
  17. Haha you're right next door! Lol ok we can see if the other ladies wana come to ... If they reply ????
  18. I'm in Remuera - where are u guys?
  19. Is song lee the "spider" lol ... Glad you're doing well - hope I'm as lucky as you!
  20. Hmm I like the comment when pretty in pink said "upgrade" I'm all about the upgrades lol ... Ill keep an eye out for your updates if u do any .. Or maybe u could PM me. They must be close to each other as Alma said it was no problem to change. And I know that he has another few surgerys that day ...
