Haha you're waving a big red flag there! I'm 30 bmi and need to loose 60 lbs too ... I got attacked enough so wont load a before photo ... You look evenly proportioned & going to be looking SUPER good after & feel healthier 8 )

I have a 12 hour flight LA to Auckland haha ... The drs are giving us blood thinning meds and I have cute pink compression socks. We've upgraded to premium economy so we have the room to get up and walk as offer as we want ... Now I'm worried about the gas - is it stomach gas or butt gas? Lol

I was thinking I could maybe go for a test needle before I leave for the trip?? Then I would feel better booking it a few days after my surgery. I'm staying 3 nights in the hotel.

I'm drinking much less but knowing I CAN NOT have them after is scaryI think like this - I would love to eat some chicken & salad for lunch but that wouldn't even touch the sides & satisfy me - I need 1 or 2 big fluffy buns with it to fill me up! So after this surgery hopefully I can eat the healthy food first and will be satisfied. Fingers crossed. Just print "before photos" and post them all around your house as motivation hahaI have no idea ...
