Couldn't touch it for at least 2 months. Was fine with whatever. I do enjoy red wine from time to time now. And it's been fine

Be encouraged. I am 14 days out and just 4-7 days ago, I felt the same way. Today is my first purée day. It gets better.Lifer, I totally understand.
