  1. I haven't done this bc I gave up sodas completely but I know someone who uses the soda stream flavors and just doesn't carbonate them
  2. I make a batch of small meatballs and keep containers frozen. I do Italian Cajun whatever. Easy. Easy. Easy.
  3. You are still very swollen. Give it some time
  4. this is an example of if you don't like something or agree with it - move on....pass it over....don't read it....but don't make snide remarks to the OP because your beliefs are different
  5. anniemay commented on nygurl's blog entry in hockeyMa's Blog
    beautiful!
  6. rest. rest. rest. heating pad for the gas
  7. Try Sheng Fa. A friend used it and it really worked. I think I need it too
  8. I didn't feel full until I started dense proteins and I have no issues of tolerance - with anything. I find I eat more fish as it sits better than most things
  9. Is it reaching goal? Is it being six months out? Is it being a year out? Just curious
  10. A heating pad will help w the gas trapped in your shoulder
  11. I'm three months out and have been dying for pasta but have stayed away. The other night - mindlessly I ate a few pieces of penne and regretted it big time! For me this is good because once I start w pasta I probably will never stop.
  12. And this is a perfect example of why you have a few people who post constantly and then you have folks who find information and run for the hills. Congrats Laura I am sure this gets you one step closer to your dream of being an administrator to this site. Finally I stand by my statements. I was not rude, disrespectful or WRONG. Alex you do have an exceptional legacy in WLS and I don't begrudge you the opportunity to help others and make money but I don't believe this interest is clearly defined on this site - especially on the apps. Now I shall run for the hills again whole everyone simmers in the stew.
  13. I actually have found that a local support group is the best if those around you can't fully understand. We have a great one in Dallas.
  14. It is prevalent on this site. I don't post often. Check it every couple of days buy find my support in the physical world. You probably won't see any responses from those whom you speak of. Although they will see this because I BELIEVE - just MY opinion - they spend so much time on the forum with their comments because they lack something more tangible.
  15. I've had this for years. WLS has actually improved it some.
  16. Circle. Circle. This could be endless. I agree Alex is all of those things. And he is free to run his forums as he sees fit.
  17. Susan sounds like the OP is doing it for the exact same reasons.
  18. My point is there is no indication that the OP knew this information. Most members don't see half the stuff out here. I am not saying the concerns are not valid. And I am not sayings there were hidden intentions - simply pointing out a fact that may or may not been clear.
  19. FULL disclosure. Simple. Can't see the signature on an iPad or iPhone.
  20. I agree. But in the interest of full disclosure Alex has also started a Mexico WLS partnership/company/whatever. Susan works with him. Safety on the Internet is a concern regardless of sex. Anyone could a target of a scam by a man or a woman. Any of these companies could have rep with ill intention.
  21. Sleeved May 9th At 10 weeks I hit my half way point of 45 lbs. 10 was pre-op. Love me sleeve now that I understand it!
  22. It may also be emotional. He's been on the roller coaster with you all these years and wants to be supportive by actually not saying anything.
