Oh oh got my period and is being a week since I have my surgery I am feeling a little uncomfortable but I guess is normal. Back and stomach pain well my period came two days early than usual. I guess thats good.

I have decide not to weight until my next doctor appoinment. So honestly dont know, but I notice a bit of change on my body, but I dont know. My appointment is 21

Thats true you guys remove me too you were supose to start drom the last one.

The pills they give me is to prevent gall stones due to lossing weight so fast according to my doctor he prefer that his patients take this for six months after surgery like I said to prevent the formation of gall stones. I have no stapples all I have is like a white tape over the incisions. I live in NJ. Hope we can both share experiences with our sleeve wish the best to you.

Well I am only seven days out and have not weight. But I feel really great. I am glad your down good and four pounds is 4 pounds dont get discourage and keep it up.

How is everyone doing?

My pre op appoinment was about three hours long. And I met with my nutritionist and then the nurse and then my surgeon. They explain you everything thatvis goi ng to happen to you and they gave you prescriptions for the medicine after surgery such as urso that you have to start taking a month after surgery. Hope thos helps.

Before surgery I quick eating or drinking sugar products. I did eat low diet around 900 calories at day. But i eat normally just small portions trying to abjust myself to eating small. Two days before surgery I did liquids only. In one month before surgery I drop 12 pounds. Now being almost a week after surgery I have not measure myself I want to wait until my dr appointment. So honestly I try my best to follow dr advice 100% , but I am not perfect and I know I did eat things I should have eat before surgery. But now after surgery I dont regret have being a my favorite restaurant two weeks pre op and eating my favorite dish with my family. Just to let you know yesterday for the first time I went out with my mom and daughter to eat. I order a clear liquid soup and with only eight sips I was full thats when I realize that this is going to work for me.

My energy is good I walk today for 40 minutes. And felt so good have been getting about one shake of protein a day thats it. I am still not taking the vitamins.

Six days has pass and I am felling pretty good. Full liquid diet is so far ok. I dont want to step in the scale until my next doctor appoiment I really hope I an dropping weight by then.

I am starving I am so hungry. Started full liquid diet yesterday, but is so hard I see my mom eating like crazy and I think thats making me hungry, but I just dont want to bother her since she came from miami to take care of my daughter and me during the surgery time.

I was sleeve on may 6 as well. I being doing really good I being walking a lot outside since I got back from hospital and that help me to release that horrible gas. My stomach now looks much more like the day before surgery because it was inflate so horrible from the gas. Now is much easier to go to the bathroom and pee too. I am I. Full liquids started today the only different thing I ate today than before is farina in the morningbit felt good. Some jello free sugar but thats it. It is really hard to keep drinking the water but I am doing my best. I stop pain med because I have an allergy reaction and my body w as itching. I really do hope you feel better about everything all I can really tell you is that walking really makes miracles It feels so good to walk.

Last night I try to sleep on the side and it did not hurt as bad and actually help me to release gas.

I was not the obly one send home same day. He does this we every patient that is sleeve and has not complications. Yes I guess it is riski but I hope I dont have any type of problem. Thanks

I have surgery may 6. I am feeling better went home same day crazy but true my doctor give me the go. I feel presure in my stomage and when I drink water it hurts. Trying to drink fluids but so far less than 17 onz of fluids. Hope to feel better tomorrow I have support hear a home my mom and my husband they dont want me to do anything. Went walking and felt better. But my belly looks like a huge balloom like if I am having twins or more. Good luck to those being sleeve too.
