  1. Don't judge yourself by how you perform pre op after the surgery things are a lot easier and your stomach really help you control how you eat and your hunger so you'll do much better post op
  2. Pre op egg drop soup is OK because of the protein in the soup post op hard for your stomach to digest so most dietitians recommend you wait 6 weeks before you eat eggs
  3. Do not judge how you act pre-op compared to post op there's no comparisons and how you will do later and you won't miss the food is much as you think and after time especially after you reach goal you be able to eat those words again, just not as much. GOD BLESS PRAYERS!!!
  4. I told my 9 year old that I was having surgery and it was going to help daddy eat healthier.

  15. Sounds like all of the above could have done it but I would take it easy for a few days and if it doesn't get better always call your doctor
