  4. Hello to all my Long Island New yorkers...Its been over a year since i posted,, I just was wondering how all of you have been doing since then ,, old and new timers ... I am doing fine but have noticed my body is at a standstill for some time now. I am happy with my loss but of course would like to lose more but i have to really focus on doing that.. I am able to eat everything without any trouble,,, spicy i can do without...I havent had any carbonation ( maybe a few sips) but have learned to do without soda or beer ...lol.....I am going to focus on some more weight loss soon so that will be a challenge but I really want to do it...Please let me know how you all have done and any tips would be greatly appreciated....
  5. No worries ... I had to do the pre-op diet for two weeks(ughhh) ... but both my siblings and my niece didn't have to do a thing.....your dr. knows what he is doing , everyone has there own routine...
