  1. Congrads! Just remember to walk as much as possible a keep the Water going! sugar-free Popsicles were a lifesaver for me.
  2. It was recommended to use a stool softener instead. The other stuff retains additional water in your stomach to create a movement.

  6. Hello Sisters Wishing everyone good luck! I was sleeved on July 29th. I've not had any major issues other than drinking enough Water and Protein I haven't weight since last week, 25 lbs, and many to go. Lol!

  9. No, I don't have to take additional shots. Were you on a blood thinner before procedure?
  10. I also received the shots in the stomach while in the hospital. It's a pretty common practice, helps to prevent blood clots. I was sleeved on July 29th. I've had very little if any major issues other than the typical - drinking water, intake of 70-80 grams of protein.

  12. Manda I was also sleeved on July 29, my total weight loss has been 26lbs. The scales have stopped, could this be a stall? I've tried bake chicken and mashed potatoes, felt full after 3 small bites. I've gone back to my shakes at least they don't make me feel stuffed. There's a local deli that make chicken tortito Soup with small pieces of chicken. I've been successful with it; of course puddings and Jello.
  13. Good luck on you date. I'm 3 week post- op. I didn't have any major problem after going home from the hospital. Just a little uncomfortable getting positioned to sleep. The biggest battle was to keep sipping water and consuming enough proteins. Today, is the 1st day I been able to consume 80 grams of protein. Current weigh loss 22 lbs.

  16. . I'm almost 3 weeks post-op. I've been told that what you are describing is a sign of not enough water/fluids. My doctor suggested using Myralax Or a stool softener. I prefer Myralax.

  18. I get that same feeling when I drink/eat to fast. Ive decided to stop weighing myself. We got new scales and every time I weigh it's different. Last week it showed 25lb loss this week it's showing 20lb loss.
