I was given a paper to sign at my initial meeting saying I am aware of the side effects and I would quit. As I am going for my Last appointment with my Doctor they sent me for a nicotine test !!! I hear the results this week. I haven't smoked in a while. I just need to hear that I am negative ! My friend got her surgery canceled twice!

I hope I lose lots during my preop. My doctor said he needs me to not be at a certain number or he will send me home. Sometimes I get excited about this preop. Other times I picture myself fainting with dizziness !!! Now I am picturing snapping !
