  4. Thanks everyone for the support I really value every comment you're all right I really should start being more selective with my food, I didn't end up having spaghetti Os but cooked it for my niece and nephew, the smell made me a but nauseous too
  5. Consider yourself lucky.. I had mine a week ago, I was in excruciating pain for 2 days and I puked my heart out! The most unpleasant and painful experience of my life! I was only allowed one dose of a controlled pain reliever every 7 hours, which was definitely not enough for me! This has been so traumatic I'm glad it's over! Feels like a month already
  6. I just got sleeved a week ago.. I'm not planing on sharing the news with the whole world, but my skinny-over eating friends will notice something is up when I start doing the same.. I think it's gonna be pretty obvious and I might as well just tell everyone I know :/
  7. Is spaghetti Os ok for the purée stage? Is love one table spoon of that!

  10. One of the perks of being over weight is having a fat personality. A fat personality is someone who is sensitive, loving, funny and caring. Just like a teddy bear! I'm not trying to discriminate, this is only my way of seeing things and I don't take myself seriously, so should you!! Ok so, I think most fat people always have better personalities than most skinny people! People who have always been overweight may care more about having a good personality and a sense of humour, they also tend to be more affectionate and forgiving. Maybe it's a psychological compensation mechanism? I hope I never lose my fat self.. Dear god, please make my body thin and my personality fat.. Amen.

I wouldn't feel particularly comfortable by skinny people coming to ask me what I've done! I'd simply say that I cut back on portions! (Which is kind of the truth) But I'd definitely tell someone if I know that they struggle with their weight themselves or know someone close who does...
  12. Thanks everyone! Walking around does really help with that!
  13. I have pcos too! It's very common and I think having the sleeve will help you lose a lot of weight and losing weight will eventually help ease the pcos with time!
  14. Thank you so much! I guess that I'm still mourning food and dreaming of being able to eat a bacon cheese burger again.. Head hunger
  15.    noura- reacted to a post in a topic: Almost 3 yrs and I'm still amazed
  16. Hi, I'm one week post op now. I just drank half a cup of skimmed milk too fast! Not too fast but too fast for the new pouch! I'm in a bit of pain and discomfort, I'm trying to lie on my back at the moment (don't ask me why I think it helps). Should I be worried?
