Thanks feeling much better these days and Addicted to shopping lol

Checking in with updated before and after photos. Starting weight 248 day of surgery 235 today 167.

I still get dizzy but I'm awful about vitamins water and protein so I only have myself to blame for that.

I was told not to grill meat, but rather keep it soft and moist until about month 3. Hope this helps.

Thanks for all the comments it's really weird because its not happening when I'm eating or drinking. I don't eat more than 2 ounces I haven't eaten or drank anything for 3 hours other than a sip of water and its still happening :-( ill be sure to bring it up at my next visit. Thanks again

Does anyone else experience this? Do you know why it would happen? My saliva is foamy and slimy :-( I'd love to hear someone else tell me this is Normal lol
