  2. just a thought...anyone with sleeve consider a necklace or bracelet informing others such as doctors or emts we have the sleeve....i know they gave me a card to carry in my wallet but what if we incapacitated and can't say?
  3. i am in the capital region/hudson valley and it didn't get up past 30 today!
  4. have to Google fitbit. concerns ive had is exactly that....my body getting used to running off so little calories....it's reassuring to there are sleeved maintaining their weight loss eating......normally.

  9. i think your sleeve will survive but kick the guilt to the curb and get on program. this is the hardest time...at least for me it was....once i got to even 3 weeks and started eating that ricotta bake...i was good to go. you can do it:)

  12. feed your eye....really healthy diet....i am excited to see the amount of calories you are eating...i don't want to live on 800 calories..... i have seen some great recipes for kale chips.....
  13. woops...double post if i were vegan and not lacto ova....i wouldn't have had to be sleeved.... and are indians not considered vegetarian even though east paneer cheese...i know i have this vegetarian cookbooks with vegetarian on the cover....i do realize all Indians are vegetarian though

  18. sorry if my posts are choppy...its damn swype! p.s. i use a T of real maple syrup my 0 percent Greek yogurt..it's more palatable i that T of maple syrup i choose to enjoy the Very food i eat now. 42 days out 33 lbs post op.....woohoo! good luck to u!
  19. here's a smoothie i love.....1 c 1 percent over moon milk. 11g p 120 cal 1/2 frozen banana, 2 T choc pb 2 4p 50 cal ac couple of cubes....blend. it's Like a dessert, 15 g p and around 200 calories......and thou get as little fruit which is completely pulverized so all good...their in a little lite vanilla yogurt to further boost your protein.
  20. dee, i want aware chia seeds had high protein.....or avocados that matter...Thanks..always looking for new protein sources.
  21. i can't see how it would be bad..just get low or non fat...be careful of the sugar though

  24. i was lucky my insurance covered the sleeve...has always covered gastric bypass but the sleeve was picked up June 2011, i don't think care in Mexico isany lesssthan the u s ...it's getting there and back home again. i felt terrible for a good 10days....flying to SCOTLAND in 3weeks and still concerned about that....
