  1. I have been reading a bunch of threads on here and it seems everyone has there own opinion on them. I looked at the ingredients in it but to be honest I have no idea what I'm looking at...... All I know is a lot of people seem to be saying they are not good for you and I would like to know for sure, I have been using them, they were on the list my doctor gave me of supplements that are good for you......
  2. Just did this now, it still works! Thanks for the info!

I found the app you suggested and I love it, it's perfect for what I needed. Thank you for the help!
  4. I had my sleeve on 1/28 but I feel huge even though I lost 25lbs before the surgery, is this normal, or is it in my head? I feel like I am as big as I was before I started my pre-op diet.....

Do you know who makes the app? When I search it a bunch show up....
  7. The chart my dr gave me said clear liquid for 1.5 days, then full liquid for ten days. After that soft-solids for 21 days then full solids.
  8. Are their any good apps out there to help track calories eaten along with protein in, and fluids. Or something designed specifically for wls patients? Also some thing that would track exercise as well?
  9. I started pre-op in September of 2012 at 475, my surgery was on 1/28/13 and I was at 450. My goal is to be around 200. Is this something that can be done and if so how long should it take?
  10. I get my new whey Liquid Protein at Walmart. It's like 11-13 dollars for a six pack and they have multiple favors. I really like the fruit punch.
  11. I was drinking about a 2liter of diet coke a day up until the 26th of jan. my surgery was on the 28th. I defiantly think cold turkey is the way to go. You are so busy with everything after surgery you don't even realize you haven't had it.
  12. That's what I thought also, but it's a major hospital near where I live, and they have an entire group who do nothing but weight loss surgeries.
  13. I only herd of gas x tonight, I will give it a try though
  14. Q1. I had my surgery on jan 28@12:30 pm. I was home the next day by 11am, is this normal? Also there was no dye test to check for leaks, don't all doctors do this for this type of surgery? Q2. As far as I can tell everything seems to be ok, I was on Clear liquids for 2 days, now I am on full liquids for 10 days, then soft foods for 21 days, the back to solid foods. I guess my question is, while I am on liquids I can't really tell if I am full or not, will that change or am I doing what I should and not pushing it to far? Q3. I seem to get random pains or cramps that only last for 1-3sec then end, is that normal? Is it still gas? Thank you everyone who replies!
