  2. Well for me after surgery it's about 10 days but now twice a week!
  3. My prayers is with you and hearing your story! I have a friend who is going thur- some of the same things, my heart goes out to both of you. Take care and hope things get better for you!
  4. As of Jan.24/13 I have lost 70 pounds as far! Iam very happy about losing really fast.

  6. Try doing other things u like to do maybe with others as well! I find my hobbys with my art&craft and helping other in need really help me out, always remember why u had your surgery!
  7. Always went to get bags of candy after every holidays but not this year and i enjoying the new me and it only been alittle over two month
  8. Iam down 65 pounds had mine surgery on 1/24
