Ok guys I'm on my clear liquids today. Surgery tomorrow morning. I have to be at the hospital at 5a.m I was really nervous this morning but I'm ok now. Trying to keep my mind occupied

My dietician did not recommend them because she said you might get some of it caught and it stick to your stomach and it not dissolve.

Ok guys I'm on my next to my last day of pre op diet. I'm getting more excited, anxious and nervous. I know I can do this! I've been working out so I've got my self in better shape prior to surgery. All prayers sent my way will be greatly appreciated! Surgery date Feb 15th

Well I pre op lands and my pre op class yesterday. I can't believe it's this close. 1 week on my pre op diet. I've read my binder at least 5-6 times making sure I've done what I'm suppose to. I guess thats my nerves. This time next week I'll be doing my clear liquids the day before surgery on the 15th.

I an so glad I found this thread. I've had a hypothyroid for about 15 years. As most of you yo yoing with the weight. I'm being sleeved Feb. 15th so I'm really excited now to know there won't be issues with weight loss.

Just had my egd on tuesday.

My pre op diet starts tomorrow (2/1/13) my surgery date is 2/15/13. Everyone is talking about a liquid diet. I get to have food and protein shakes, bars and puddings on my diet. All liquid I dont know if I could handle.

Yes I did. I went into the office with no expectations of being approved that day. Bc had said it would take up to 4 weeks. They really have it together and are really wanting you to succeed!

I had my 3yrs weights and my 6 month dirty plan and I was approved in 15 minutes. After getting the run around here in anniston

No they have everything there in the office and you have all your visits with the dr and anyone on same day. They will put as many appts together as possible to keep u from having to travel. I'm in Anniston
