I haven't been on This forum but a couple months but from reading past threads I know you are active here and have been planning this for a while. It is gonna be so wonderful to see your journey.   5. Maybe some people gain a lot of self confidence from losing the weight and get more independent. The other spouse may see that as a threat and then it begins to cause problems. I hope it don't happen to me. But when I decided to go back to work after my kids were older. I myself gained more independence and courage and am now getting to know myself again. I think it's gonna be even better once I get my surgery and look like the person I feel I am. I realize I will have to keep reassuring my husband it's a good thing for us.

  9. Funny I have been having food funerals all week. Poptarts, donuts,chilli beans, ribs, hot wings. I love Pizza!!! So tonite I am gonna have pizza. My paperwork said 7 to 14 day pre op but I am gonna do the 14 day one. In case I crack on the first 7 I wont beat myself up to much. I am not a big soup person but I am thinking I will more than welcome some soup when it comes time. THIS IS REALLY GONNA HAPPEN!!!!!! I could scream!!!!
  10. I know time is flying by. I start my pre op tomorrow . My kids better watch out fir the next two weeks. They will be so happy to get rid of me by then. Lol
  11. Vsgjean went somewhere beside Tijuana. She's in here and also has a YouTube video of her experience. It was really nice where she went.
