Remember not to judge everything on the scale. Your weight may not change during your stall but you will still be losing inches!! Chin up and give ur body a chance to catch up to becoming a new you!

Preop paperwork days 5-6 servings of protein a day. Does that means 5-6 ounces??

I prob should have elaborated lol sorry!! Mine is a 43 and I keep hearing the higher the bmi the faster u lose. I wonder if this is true ??

What's considered to be a high bmi ??

I too start my liquid diet this coming week. I can't say there's anything I'm dying to have one last plate of. I have plenty of friends who went out the nights before and had whatever they wanted. To me this is a mental game. I think to myself I don't need it. I want to succeed and then I picture myself skinny and walk away. Try it it works!!

Ok insurance is covering the surgery. I only have a couple days sick time. I will be out two weeks. Will I get paid for those two weeks? Does it qualify for disability?

My employer is asking if this is an elective surgery. I replied that it is a recommendation from my dr to have it. I have a gut feeling this isn't going to go well. If I use vacation time they can't question me right ? I don't want to but I will if I have to. Where can I get answers, I live in ca

Surgeon says mine is a 34... What's the differences?

Tomorrow is my date with the surgeon. So so worried and nervous. I can only hope and pray I'm two weeks out til surgery. Just venting

Just curious as to if u are losing more or less not being able to get all ur protein ?

I haven't met my surgeon yet. That's next Tuesday... I am just not a pill person! But I'm trying!!

Is everyone really truly pushing the vitamins? I have such a hard time with this!!!
