How far out are you?

I'm fortunate because I have been able to take mine very regularly. Is the problem remembering to take the meds? If so, try using a pill box with the seven compartments for the pills for one week. I actually use two of those, so I only have to figure out all of my meds once every two weeks. The pill boxes keep me organized and I put them right on the kitchen counter next to the coffee maker so I remember to take the pills. I am on autopilot now. Good luck. This is such an important part of keeping us healthy.

I haven't met my surgeon yet. That's next Tuesday... I am just not a pill person! But I'm trying!!

I'm not a pill person either, but they are important. I keep a supply at home and at my office in case I forget to take. What about the gummies or chewables? Have you tried them?
