I know how you feel my family ate in n out, pizza abd donuts all in the same day which was also my first day. I wanted to cheat but didnt. Im on a only liquid diet so it was hard but now Im doing great and Im down 12 lbs in 4 days

All my surgeon and his staff are very nice and professional. I feel like this whole experience will be great!

How exciting!!!

Now Im doing great. The first two days were miserable. I had a contant head ache (mostly from caffine withdrawa most likely) and everyone around me was eatting out and everything just looked very delicious. Now, however I dont even pay attention to everyone's food. I drink my shake go for a walk. Drink some water play with my son and I feel like i have loads of energy cause when i eat I get tired. In 3 days I've lost 11 lbs!

I straight got put on a 2 week old liquid diet. It sucks but the lbs are flying off
