  4. good luck; the gas is the worst part but it will pass after a couple of days!
  5. cream of wheat and thinned oatmeal are great for breakfast. i also ate the hand soups from Campbell cream of chicken, broccoli, and chicken and stars...they are less than 200 calories and very filling.
