  1. Another way I have been adding in protein is add 2 scoops into a box of instant chocolate pudding. Divided by four gets you about 15 grams of protein and 100 calories. Yummy.
  2. I had three c sections and this does not even compare. So much better and I also have a high tolerance for pain. You will be amazed when you can actually get up and walk and go to the bathroom.
  3. It's when you have a 1 as the first number in your weight. You are in the 100s. Like 175.
  4. Same here. Week 5 only 3 lbs down in 2 weeks. Total loss 35 lbs.
  5. Congratulations. I am 1 month Out today also and feeling pretty good. I am down 32 lbs from date of surgery. Hope it keeps coming off. Getting in about 40 oz of fluid and hoping to get to 64 really soon. Have my doctors appointment on Tuesday and hope to get the go ahead to start exercising. .
  6. Hi Everyone. This is my first post. Had my sleeve done on January 16 and I am done 30 lbs since the surgery. I am on the soft food stage and seem to be pretty lucky. Everything I have tried so far as been staying down. Having a bit a problem getting in my protein shakes.
