Well, I weighed about 170 pounds 17 years ago when I quit smoking, and at my worst, I've weighed upwards of 325.I've blown out my L5, I have severe neuropathy in my right foot because of the L5 issue,and it never seems to get much better. So strenuous exercise is kinda out (seeing as how I have no feeling in my right foot below the ankle and a bad back), so I have a rough time getting rid of this excess weight.
