  2. I was sleeved in Feb. and had tons of problems and had to have a couple more procedures, but here I am 4 months out down 66lbs. My energy is returning so I am doing more in a day and falling asleep a lot easier. Trust me some time it gets harder before it gets better.
  3. You are going to do great! Like everyone said that pre op diet will really get to you!
  4. So good to hear how amazing all my Feb sleeve buddies are doing! I am doing well as well taking on more activities and finally entering onederland! It feels so good to have some of the sluggishness gone. I still get tired now and then but I am managing!
  5. My surgery was 2/6 and I am thankfully down 50 lbs and entering onederland! Keep up all the amazing work my Feb sleeve buddies. I enjoy hearing about your progress!
  6. Things are going really good! I am having a hard time adjusting to regular food but other then that I am happy and losing!
  7. If you have any family history of diabetes, high blood pressure the insurance company will look at that too! I am low bmi!

  9. I was never told anything about 5,000 they just had me pay my hospital fee and their dr fee which came out to be 1,345!
  10. I am not sure what the weight loss clinic sent in but I had to get a physc. aval, visit a nut, get my primary to write a letter, a sleep study, and history of obesity. I think that might be it!

  12. I am doing really good I just got out the hospital yesterday. "Yay" I am still having a hard time breathing and I have to take blood thinners and go to my PCP every week for the next 6 months. I am just really starting to have to drink on my own and it's really hard but I know I don't want to go back for dehydration!
  13. It honestly is just one of those fluke things that can happen! They gave me the blood thinners in my belly like they were supposed and still... My poor Dr feels so bad though even though its not his fault and I swear I am being treated like a queen in here!
  14. I was up walking 15-20 mins every hour. The Dr even told me he has never seen anyone walk as much as I was!
  15. I feel great honestly and I feel a lot better now knowing what was wrong and that it is fixable!
  16. Yup they admitted me and they are keeping me at least for the weekend and then I will have to remain on oral blood thinners for a few months!
  17. Yea I'm at the hospital right now my Dr thinks I might have a pulmonary embolism and that would explain the not being able to breathe!

  19. The world according to egg face.... This is only one I her protein ice cream mixes!!! Yummy ice cream instead of forcing down a protein shake count me in!!
  20. Thanks that was honestly the worst pain I have ever had I thought I was dying!
  21. Great news around 3am I took two Gas X went for an hour long walk, came home and had a few teaspoons of hot tea, while sitting up wrapped up in a heating pad! Well I feel asleep and here I am awake gas all gone!!! Also a friend that's a nurse told me to cup my hands and pat my ribs and that also helped some gas escape! So pass on the news if anyone is suffering!!!!!!
  22. I have to stay on just clear liquids not even protein shakes for the first week then two more weeks full liquids! I thought this was a little weird cause they talk about how important your protein and vitamins are!
