Hi, I am looking for some hometown pre/post sleevers. I am thinking maybe we can face to face support each other! We can schedule walks together, reciepe sharing, and those who havent told anyone can have that face to face support from people that can understand and that can keep a secret. We can help keep each other on top even if it's just running over with a low carb meal at a time of crises!

Hi, where are you from I am currently looking for Louisiana sleevers and I am thinking of starting a local support group! This is maybe something you can consider if you are one of those that has decided to keep their sleeve to themselves! I am sure you will be fine and you will be loving the new you. Remember as you shrink your confidence grows so who knows you may find becoming more social is the key to eating less

Yay thanks so much for checking up on me! I finally got approved and my surgery date is scheduled for Feb 6th. I am beyond miserable with the Pre op diet and starving my butt off but being so excited about everything else helps. How is everything going for you?

Who do you have insurance through if you don't mind me asking?

I can have sugar free Jello, broth, and three protien shakes a day any kind of sugar free drinks except for cokes and all

I am nervous too but it is moving so fast!

Yes I started a couple days ago and it is the WORST I am so hungery I can't stand it! I can drink a whole protien shake and i''m still starving I have been downing so much water just not to be hurting. I will be so happy when this is over! On the plus side I did lose 9lbs these last three days!
