  1. Try not to stress over it too much. Tomorrow is my day also. I go in at 5am and I'm the 3rd patient on the list. i'm just glad that i've conquered the pre-op liquid diet. Let's get ready, get ready, get ready....!!!
  2. I started my pre-op diet today gearing up for the sleeve on the 26th. My doctor has me drinking 4 of the BariEssential shakes. I was so relieved to add the PB2, because I was struggling with just the protein added to Almond Milk. It was too foamy for my liking.

  7. Today is the day I start my pre-op. Excited to be here for a week and then getting sleeved on the 26th. Lots of liquid today...will try to keep busy so I don't think about food. Starting weight is 220.6 and BMI is 36.
