Thanks everyone...I jus hope I hear sooner then later it was jus submitted Friday an I know it takes a day or 2 for it to be entered into their system an with the holiday yesterday that were not in :/

ShrinkyDinkMe22 that's GREAT NEWS!! I'm in IL as well in hoping to hear quickly because my dr is shooting for a feb date. Once I get the approval then I have to do my blood work, chest X-ray, EKG, and I'm good to go!!

Do you have PPO?? Did the say why?

My doctor is goin thru my belly button an said ill only have one other incision about 6 inches above that. That's it

I hear about people being in pain from their incisions after the procedure but is anyone having it done laparoscopically?? How is the pain after that? Because that's how my surgery is being performed

Thank you all SO much!! I found my doctor and as TERRIFIED as I am I couldn't be happier an more excited!! I should hopefully have a surgery date before the end of FEB. (i have wonderful insurance, yayyy!!)

I've been to so many seminars but at the end of the day how did you decide on where to have your procedure done? I'm so nervous about chosing the wrong dr. or making the decision. Anyone in the Chicagoland area recommend anyone?? PLEASE help i can't take another seminar
