So wed. will be 2 weeks since my surgery (4 weeks on these damn protein shakes) and I have NO ENERGY. I can't wait until i can start eating beans and eggs so i'm able to take my vitamin and start getting some calories in my system i feel like i'm always exhausted...even taking a shower takes everything out of me...please tell me this is norma.

I've nvr heard that my dr told me even before the surgery about the gas getting stuck in your left shoulder. I don't believe there's a leak...

All I've been doing is walking ugh I did jus take sum of my Tylenol with coding hope that helps a little thanks

Hi. I know my dr said people complain of gas pains which makes them think they're having a heart attack but this pain is every time I yawn or burp it feels the my muscle is stretching an its KILLING ME anyone else?????

Thank you so much...I'm trying i'm sipping on water all day and and i drank about a quater of protien shake this morning so far i plan to continue to sip on my portein an water a little more everyday!! WOW 6 weeks i'm super jealous congrats!!!

Hi so I'm post op day 6 and yesterday my dr said I can start having my slim fast protein shakes again. So I drank about a quater of it and knew that was enough....but i'm still getting that crappy feeling whenever I drink something....this will pass right?? PLEASE tell me this will pass...get it sometimes even when i drink water I hate it..... Anyone else having this problem??

I know it may sound stupid but it's my 1st full day home and Im wondering if i should start taking all of my vitamins and starting my protein drinks (which ugh are so gross)?? Hope everyone is feeling good so far so good today is the best day so far!! Thanks for helping

I had my sleeve done in the 20th an no matter what I drink or sip in my stomach cramps up pls tell me this is going to get better???? Ugh

Hi I was sleeved in the 20th as well and I'm still in pain as well my stomach tightens/cramps up every time I take a sip of water. Can't wait to head home today I've been in the hospital ever since...my drs say this pain is completely normal so we jus have to keep pushing forward it'll Get better each day

I was sleeved on the 20th and will jus be leaving the hospital this afternoon...I still have sum cramping an stomach pains but I'm praying to god it gets better each day....right now it's everytime I take a sip my stomach reacts but today it jus day 3 so like I said Im prayi g each day gets a little better. Hope all of u are doing wonderful!!!

I feel tad bit better today, thank u. I was instructed from my surgeon to head back to ER the pain was so severe but I don't have any leaks. Or anything so ill be here until early Sat evening. I miss my bed...thanks die asking n:!

Yesterday after surgery I was fine...this morning starting at 1 I was up pain meds didn't do much at that point but all day the gas pains were horrible an now (I'm home) an stomach is killing me pls tell me this is normal an 2'rw will be a better day???
