  6. I know I have to pay the first payment of $300 at the first appointment so I would say be prepared to pay it. It covers they physch, nut and everything else. My insurance company pays 100% too BUT they don't pay for the program expense....I guess it depends on your doctor. Thanks for sharing Reneetrom! I was wondering how it went from the first appointment. Now I can be a little more at ease!!

  11. Hello everyone, Not only am I new to this forum but new to this process. I have my very 1st appointment on Jan 24. I am so glad that I found this forum. It has really eased my mind about the decision that I have made to change my life. I look forward to reading all of your success stories.   12. Me either but it happened. The baby still came out healthy. If I hadn't witnessed myself I'd be saying the EXACT same thing.....things happen!
  13. I say to each their own. Some people are getting this surgery just for that purpose....to get pregnant. What I am finding is that there is ALOT of people that are pregnant during the surgery and don't know it. I say wish them well and keep it moving.
  14. that's what "they" say HOWEVER my doctor said it impossible because you become so fertile after surgery. My co-worker had the bypass done and was pregnant and she didn't even know it. They baby was fine. You will just have to be careful as to what you are intaking in your body.

  18. HELLO EVERYONE!!! I am new to this forum and so glad that I found this group. I have been so aprehensive about this surgery but reading these post have eased my mind. My 1st drs appt is Jan 24th and I am SOOOO excited!! This has been a long journey for me and I'm looking forward to a NEW me in 2013 !! Congrats Nurseghana!! I can't wait to see your before and after pics!!
